What You Will Do:
Lead ODOT's pre-bid process, managing schedules, reviewing contract documents, and coordinating with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely, accurate responses.
Apply technical knowledge to review contractor inquiries and provide clear guidance aligned with project standards and expectations.
Streamline pre-bid workflows, draft contract addenda, and maintain clear, consistent documentation using Microsoft Office and AASHTOWare.
Identify and resolve potential issues early, reviewing project details to improve constructability, reduce risk, and ensure projects are ready for bidding.

Qualifications:
4 yrs. training or 4 yrs. experience in business administration management science or public administration. Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration; 2 yrs. training or 2 yrs. experience in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position. Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file; 2 yrs. training or 2 yrs. experience in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development. Or 1 yr. experience as Program Administrator 1, 63122. Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above Job Skills: Program Management
