One of our clients in Cincinnati, OH is looking for an Inside Sales. This is an inbound-focused role, closely aligned with the marketing team, handling competitive industrial products. Full-time, direct hire position offering a base salary of $60--85K + commission. Hybrid work available after training. Key responsibilities include responding quickly to all inquiries and making qualification calls to learn key information about the customer. Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and coordinate handoff to field sales. Handle small or simple deals internally, prepare quotes, answer basic questions, and close sales. Follow up on leads from trade shows and marketing campaigns while maintaining clear, customer-focused communication. Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve qualification processes, scripts, and emails.
Qualifications include strong professional English skills (spoken and written). Comfortable working closely with sales and marketing teams. Comfortable communicating with industrial customers (precision manufacturing, electronics, printing, etc.). Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success, or a related role (preferred). Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred).
