Sales Representative

Pan Pacific Products is a leading manufacturer of Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), dedicated to delivering high-quality products to a diverse client base. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, drive growth, and expand our market presence.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our client portfolio, foster long-term customer relationships, and promote our full range of MDF products. This role combines field-based sales activities, including client visits and industry events, with office-based responsibilities such as client engagement, relationship management, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Conduct on-site visits to client locations and job sites to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Finishing, Shipping, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain detailed sales records, provide accurate sales forecasts, and monitor market trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in wood products, MDF manufacturing, or related industries.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company with integrity.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
