We're on the hunt for a driven, competitive Account Executive to join our London team. This isn't your typical sales role—it's a chance to own your pipeline, close deals with top B2B brands, and make a serious impact in a fast-paced, high-growth space.

Your Role as an Account Executive

As a trusted advisor to some of the biggest B2B brands, you'll lead the full sales cycle to uncover client pain points, craft tailored solutions, and win deals. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your consultative selling skills to:

Own your pipeline: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities

Consult with impact: Uncover pain, present value, and drive urgency

Influence the future: Provide insights to shape Oktopost's growth and innovation

Collaborate deeply: Partner with marketing, product, and SDR teams to succeed

What We're Looking For

Proven B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota

Value-based selling expertise with a consultative approach

Knowledge of Sandler sales methodology is preferred

An entrepreneurial spirit—ready to thrive in a fast-moving startup

Top-notch communication and negotiation skills

Passion for social media, marketing, and solving business challenges
