✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and retailers in the Minneapolis market to achieve volume and distribution goals
- Conduct weekly "route rides" with DSD partners and food brokers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with field marketing teams to create comprehensive marketing plans to increase market share
- Manage chain retailers for new item launches and retail programs, focusing on gaining additional placement within accounts
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasionally travel to assist with other markets and retailers

- Experienced in sales and account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry, with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, able to take initiative and work autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and willing to travel occasionally
