✨ About The Role
- Responsible for delivering best-in-class support to the HWC Field Sales organization
- Manage trade shows, the samples process for sales, new customer and item setup, and other sales planning tools & processes
- Think independently and outside the box to provide solutions and quickly solve challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Manage logistics, gathering of collateral and execution in support of all Trade Shows
- Create and maintain Sales Planning trackers in support of the business
⚡ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales focused administrative coordinating; CPG experience preferred
- Superior communication skills - listening, verbal and written with a high degree of comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative sensibility
- A true “Team Player” who can work cross-functionally to achieve results
- The ability to take direction, work independently, and carry out responsibilities accurately and efficiently
