The Omni Royal Orleans is searching for a Group Sales Manager to join their team!
The Group Sales Manager creates group revenue for the Hotel by developing the Group Market Segment both with the emphasis on Group production, especially for short-term and higher rated, less price sensitive business within a specified geographic territory, concentrating on the solicitation of new profitable business. This sales manager will work to achieve monthly room night goals, develop and implement sales action plans, maintain positive interdepartmental communications and to complete special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
This position is eligible for the Omni Hotels & Resorts Sales Incentive Plan and there is a limited Work-From-Home incentive after 90 days of employment.
