Senior Federal Staffing Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Senior Federal Staffing Business Development professional to join a client located in Vienna, VA. This position requires a proven ability to develop new accounts, expand subcontracting and teaming partnerships, and win federal staffing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Break into new federal accounts and expand subcontracting/teaming partnerships.
  2. Represent the company as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with cleared programs.
  3. Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract close.
  4. Work with recruiting teams to ensure staffing delivery meets customer requirements.
  5. Maintain and grow a high-value sales pipeline in the federal space.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or government contracting.
  • Strong background in federal staffing sales and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Sterling, VA.
