Senior Federal Staffing Business Development Professional

We are looking for an experienced Senior Federal Staffing Business Development professional to join a client located in Vienna, VA. This position requires a proven ability to develop new accounts, expand subcontracting and teaming partnerships, and win federal staffing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Break into new federal accounts and expand subcontracting/teaming partnerships.
  • Represent the company as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with cleared programs.
  • Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract close.
  • Work with recruiting teams to ensure staffing delivery meets customer requirements.
  • Maintain and grow a high-value sales pipeline in the federal space.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience , ideally in staffing, recruiting, or government contracting.
  • Strong background in federal staffing sales and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Sterling, VA.
