- The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing new sales.
- This role targets C-Suite and Board level executives across key industry verticals to promote OnBoard's cloud-based meeting management software.
- The candidate will identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities through various methods, including cold-calling and networking.
- Maintaining a sales pipeline and using a consultative selling methodology will be crucial for accelerating decision-making by economic buyers.
- The Account Executive will work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Engaging with Product and Marketing teams to validate product strategy based on customer feedback will be part of the role.
- The position requires diligent logging of all activities and maintaining clean data hygiene within OnBoard systems.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably in the EMEA market.
- A strong background in governance solutions will be beneficial for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to C-Suite and executive-level clients.
- Proven success in achieving sales quotas and driving deals forward is essential.
- The candidate should demonstrate resilience and a personal drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Experience using a CRM, particularly Salesforce, is required to manage sales activities effectively.
- Familiarity with board and compliance applications will be an advantage.
- The candidate should be skilled in conducting presentations both online and in person.
