Sr. Sales Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Sr. Sales Executive to join our innovative and dynamic team.
This role requires candidates to be based in the Indianapolis, IN area or willing to relocate.
As a Sr. Sales Executive, you will lead strategic sales efforts to drive growth across complex, multi-year engagements. You'll manage a robust pipeline, convert high-value leads into long-term partnerships, and cultivate executive-level relationships. Your role includes crafting tailored solutions, negotiating large-scale contracts, and closing transformative deals. You will deliver compelling presentations and provide performance insights into leadership. You thrive in dynamic environments, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and navigating diverse delivery models to achieve business outcomes. Day-to-Day
- Develop and manage a high-value sales pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into strategic business opportunities.
- Build and sustain executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and driving long-term account growth.
- Lead discovery sessions and client meetings to understand business challenges and design tailored Data & AI service roadmaps.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape proposals that align with client objectives and technical requirements.
- Negotiate and close large-scale contracts, managing the end-to-end sales cycle to ensure favorable terms and successful outcomes.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and forecasts to leadership.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on professional services and solution-based selling in the Data & AI space.
- Proven success in selling complex, multi-year engagements, including deals exceeding $10M in value.
- Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies, trends, and business applications, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into client value.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level relationships, influencing decision-makers across IT and business functions.
- Skilled in consultative and strategic selling, with a track record of aligning solutions to client business goals and driving measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with diverse delivery models (onshore, offshore, hybrid) and cross-functional teams to support scalable service delivery.
