Imagine talking to both new and existing T-Mobile customers every day, introducing them to the absolute best products and services T-Mobile has to offer!
In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team working through a blended call queue. But here's the exciting part: you'll primarily receive inbound calls, so the customers are eager to hear from you! And even when you do make an outbound call, it's not your typical cold call. These are hot leads, folks who simply need a friendly reminder or an update, like changing their card number. It's all about helping customers and making their T-Mobile experience top-notch!

This will be a Friday - Monday 4pm to 3am production schedule. (4 10-hour shifts)
