Your role is crucial in ensuring each order progresses smoothly through every stage with clear communication and minimal delays. You'll work closely with the sales team, artists, and the printing department to ensure details are communicated quickly and accurately for maximum customer satisfaction.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate all communication with art, production, and administration for quotes and orders
  • Regularly update customers, sales team, and vendors on order status
  • Research and compare product prices and provide recommendations to prospects and customers
  • Ensure production schedules accurately meet customers' expectations
  • Oversee activities and reporting for virtual stores
  • Verify orders have necessary supplies and approvals
  • Work with several departments to ensure production schedules accurately meet customers' expectations
  • Regularly update customers, sales team, and vendors on order status

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role (required)
  • Strong computer foundation with the ability to learn and work in multiple programs daily
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for inside sales representatives.
  • Ability to provide professional and friendly service to customers.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing production and customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work well with all departments and customers and the ability to deal with issues that may arise.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism with internal departments and customers.
