Job Summary & Responsibilities

Deliver revenue to plan for service business unit. Estimate and report SAM and market share of service business. Work with regional sales to align targets to continual grow market share. Own service pricing, pricing strategies, and supporting value collateral. Grow service contract market share of SAM annually. Develop and align channel strategy with regions to continue to grow service sales. Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products and services and all industry standards and practices.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS Degree in a science or engineering discipline
  • A minimum of 15 years of semiconductor industry experience related to complex equipment.
  • A proven track record of establishing strong customer relationships with consistent customer front experience.
  • Experience with selling services and parts to semiconductor customers
  • Experience in leading and working with regional teams to define and achieve sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead people across diverse and cultural backgrounds.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of time as when required
