Job Summary And Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding Strategic Account's Fab plan/expansions and provide accurate business opportunity to company; develop strategies to win the market share and grow the revenue.
- Work with Product BU(s), Marketing and Applications/Service teams to develop business strategy to win penetration at strategic account, adoption, and maximum business volume.
- Work with support groups to maintain customer satisfaction, such as account installation, warranty and escalation support.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Understand strategic Account's Fab plan/expansions and provide accurate business opportunity to company; develop strategies to win & maximize revenue & market share.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers in the organization and prepare various vertical market strategies to enhance growth.
- Develop and execute account strategy and execution plan to achieve company targets.
- Own and achieve annual sales targets in terms of revenue, market share and etc...
- Teamwork with service/application team, Business Units and regional branch offices on global account management.
- Work with support group to maintain customer satisfaction, such as account installations, warranty and escalation support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify technology trend and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
- Provide the market feedback including the competitor information to Business Units for developing the sales and marketing strategies in time.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Critical Qualification:
- Proven ability on account management including account strategy and executions. Global account management experience will be a plus.
- Proven sales experience in semiconductor industry and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English.
Education & Experience:
- BA in Engineering or Science is must, MS is preferred
- Relationship and process knowledge of tsmc account
- 8+ years equipment sales experience in semiconductor and related industry.
