✨ About The Role
- The Account Executive - Team Lead will be responsible for leading ERP and multi-suite opportunities sales efforts within their assigned territory
- This role involves defining territory plans, prospect identification, lead generation, sales calls, proposals, and contract negotiation through deal closure
- The individual will work collaboratively with product-specific Account Executives to meet sales goals and drive viral growth strategies in their territory
- Responsibilities include establishing and managing relationships with senior leaders of customer and prospect governments, generating new leads, and making sales presentations
- The Account Executive - Team Lead will also participate in sales process management, lead contract negotiations, and partner with Marketing on leads from trade shows and campaigns

- Experienced individual with 5-8 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in selling software solutions
- Strong work ethic and a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quotas
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and coach and develop others
- Passionate about technology and its impact on society, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and competitive, with a focus on customer satisfaction
