We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic sales coordination team to support clients on our online auction platform. You will participate in entering vehicle information, launching profiles, training, and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your experience in customer service, technology, and attention to detail.
You are:
Detail-oriented. You ensure the accurate entry and presentation of vehicle information.
Tech-savvy. You will effectively use our application and online tools.
Excellent communicator. You will interact with clients, sales representatives, and customers professionally.
Your missions include:
Visiting dealerships to inventory vehicles and assess their condition.
Launching new vehicle profiles on our mobile application for dealers.
Providing training and resolving technical issues for clients.
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with current and potential clients.
Indispensables:
1 to 3 years of experience in providing superior customer service.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
High attention to detail and communication skills.
Bilingual in English and French - This role requires you to interact with clients, executives, and colleagues in Quebec, other provinces, or other countries that may not speak French.
Ideally:
Experience in wholesale vehicle valuation.
Experience in the sales or dealership field.
Knowledge of the automotive industry.
