✨ About The Role
- Support Account Executives in developing and managing client relationships, understanding client's business goals, and industry
- Facilitate sales calls and meetings, take detailed notes, and create effective follow-up communication and action plans
- Actively source new sales opportunities through lead generation and qualification, aiming to send out contracts to at least 4 deals each month
- Manage and prioritize assigned account lists, execute personalized outreach strategies, and approach sales interactions with a "human-first" mindset
- Key performance indicators include the number of contracts sent out per month, efficient account list management, quality of outreach, and revenue closed/won
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
