Position Summary

Manages and develops sales and revenue activities for terminals within a geographical area. Drives revenue growth to exceed financial objectives and performance metrics.

Major Tasks And Responsibilities

Directs and supports business partners in identifying and securing revenue. Provides continuous coaching and development of new and existing employees. Forecasts and anticipates client and market opportunities and responds appropriately. Builds an optimized structure to exceed performance metrics. Secures strategic level relationships with business partners. Collaborates with cross functional teams on forecasts, account activities, and territory strategies. Maintains the organization's leadership position in the transportation industry. Identifies areas of improvement to programs and methods to maximize sales.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 5+ years of sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel as needed.
