Sales Manager

In preparation for the launch of a new product, we are expanding and strengthening our sales organization. To accelerate market penetration of the new product, we are seeking a Sales Manager with both strategic insight and strong field execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short-term and mid-to-long-term sales and regional strategies for the launch of the new product
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and identify target institutions
  • Forecast sales and manage budgets
  • Train, coach, and evaluate MRs (Sales reps)
  • Monitor KPI progress and performance
  • Provide on-site support and feedback through regular field visits with MRs
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Deliver accurate and appropriate product information to physicians, pharmacists, and nurses
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Distribution, and Pharmacovigilance
  • Plan and manage regional speaker events
  • Share market feedback internally and incorporate it into strategic planning
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team
  • Proven ability in training and coaching Medical Representatives (MRs)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Digital literacy, including CRM utilization and e-detailing

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Knowledge of diseases and treatments in the obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) field
  • Experience in driving sales strategies within the OB/GYN therapeutic area
  • Experience launching new pharmaceutical products in a managerial role
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Business-level English proficiency
