Job Summary: Job objective is to prepare the employee for a regular sales territory assignment. Training will be a combination of formal, on-the-job, and special assignments. Trainees will focus on selling skills, retail sales, time and territory management, product knowledge, merchandising, Orgill programs, competitors' programs, basic business principles, computer skills and access to resources, and Orgill's unique approach to the market.
