✨ About The Role
- Responsible for creating a strategy and pipeline of qualified leads for Orkes Cloud, with a focus on working with existing Conductor open source customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target mid-market accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Track daily sales activities and maintain CRM hygiene by accurately capturing details required by Orkes leadership
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs to drive company growth and revenue
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in sales and business development within a high-growth organization, preferably with startups that have grown their open source install base
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening
- Self-starter with a track record of exceeding quotas and high activity rates
- Rigorous sales methodology and process knowledge, demonstrated by accurate forecasts and clear communication throughout the deal cycle
- Prior experience selling commercial services/products based on open source developer platforms is a plus
