- Conduct research on key contacts in the hospitality industry, specifically hotel chains and their management companies
- Engage with inbound leads to schedule product demonstrations and make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities for the company and identify the needs of prospective clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients after events and campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales process and win rate
