✨ About The Role

- As a Sales Operations Analyst at Lighthouse, you will provide world-class support to the sales function, ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer administration. - You will be responsible for report building, management, and distribution, with a heavy emphasis on Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard creation. - You will develop and maintain forecasting, activity, and quota attainment reports for Sales leaders. - Part of your role includes managing proposal and contract accuracy to enhance forecasting and identifying quick-wins and crucial enhancement requirements to the sales process. - You will assist with the onboarding of new Sales members to the Commercial Team from a Sales Operations perspective, including user setup and training. - Your role involves managing and ensuring sales reps adhere to mandatory Global sales processes and managing projects from start to finish. - You will develop and implement training, contents, processes, practices, and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer’s journey. - You will liaise with Sales Enablement for the roll-out of new processes and apply analysis to reporting to tell the story behind the numbers. - You will support and advise reps on Salesforce quote flow, coordinating with the finance department, and coordinate with various teams involved in closing big group deals. - Prioritizing your work and setting appropriate expectations with stakeholders will be a key part of your job.

⚡ Requirements

- You should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree to be considered for this role. - At least 3 years of experience in sales, business operations, or analytics is required, indicating that you are not at the entry level. - Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is highly preferred, and experience with Looker is an advantage. - You need to be very organized and capable of starting and successfully completing projects. - High analytical skills are necessary to extract business insights from analysis and manage time effectively. - The ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on commitments to meet deadlines is crucial. - You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and be flexible with rules and guidelines. - Previous experience in a high-growth Tech/SaaS environment is a plus, suggesting that you can handle rapid changes and scaling challenges.
