- The Sales Operations Analyst will provide world-class support to the sales function by executing customer administration accurately and timely - Responsibilities include report building, managing, and distributing, as well as developing forecasting and quota attainment reports for Sales leaders - The role involves identifying enhancement opportunities in the sales process, managing proposal and contract accuracy, and supporting the onboarding of new Sales members - The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the Revenue Operations team, manage projects from start to finish, and develop training, processes, and tools to support salespeople throughout the buyer's journey - The individual will also liaise with Sales Enablement for the roll-out of new processes and provide support and advice to sales reps on Salesforce quote flow

⚡ Requirements

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales/business operations/analytics - Highly organized individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract business insights from analysis - Must be able to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and meet deadlines consistently - Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Looker experience is advantageous - Ability to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance business operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
