- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required for this role. - Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in sales, business operations, or analytics. - Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication. - Previous experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is mandatory, with additional experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Looker being advantageous. - Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage projects from initiation to successful completion. - Candidates should possess high analytical skills to extract business insights from data analysis. - Excellent time management skills are crucial to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members is important. - Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and adapt rules flexibly to enhance business operations.
