DGM – Mod Sales

The incumbent will be responsible for Mod Sales operations, managing customers and market penetration. The incumbent will be responsible to handle a team of Mod Sales Engineers. The incumbent will be responsible for improving market share and margins. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, keeping customers informed, updated and equipped with product development and literature. The incumbent will ensure regular customer visits as per guidelines for self and team. The incumbent will be responsible for meeting his/her yearly target individual and team target. The incumbent will be responsible for post order management. The incumbent will be responsible for asset management, assist in market surveys and product development, surveys and subsequent approvals from the clients, scheduling of jobs, etc. The incumbent will ensure adherence to Otis India Safety, Ethics, and Quality policies. The incumbent will ensure safety compliance during site visits. The incumbent should have good communication and presentation skills. The incumbent should be a self-starter, results oriented with a positive outlook. Qualification: B.Tech preferred or Graduate+MBA with relevant sales skills and experience. Experience: 15 yrs+ (should be currently in a team handling role).
