Nordic Sales Lead
We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset, who is customer orientated and with a strong track record of leading and managing performance in sales teams. As the new Nordic Sales Lead, you will lead and support our team in the growth of our New Equipment, Modernization and Service lines of business. The Sales Lead will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and measuring all New Equipment, Modernization and Service sales processes, providing direction for continuous improvement initiatives and meeting or exceeding the region's business objectives. This role reports to the UK & Nordics Sales and Marketing Lead and will be part of the Nordic Management Team.
On a typical day you will:
- Lead forecasting meetings for sales associates in the Nordics Operating Area.
- Lead weekly sales representative 1:1 meetings to review performance.
- Manage marketing lead execution.
- Manage sales activities and performance including pipeline health management.
- Support the regional training programs, sales tools and new product launches.
- Refine existing programs and develop & lead new ones.
- Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives.
- Nurture relationships with existing key customers and be responsible to help develop new ones.
- Ongoing coaching, training, mentoring, motivating and developing sales associates in all areas of the maintenance business to meet or exceed sales plans.
- Provide direction to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with proven track record of successfully managing sales teams.
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
- Be self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
- Be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software and CRM.
- Strong leadership skills, customer focus, ability to drive results, goal-orientated, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Practical information:
The location of the position will be based in the Nordics, preferably Denmark.
The position will require frequent travel within the Nordic region.
