We are looking for a Sales Coordinator - New Equipment and Modernisation to be based in our office in Brisbane, Queensland. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

About You

In this role, you will report to the General Manager – New Equipment and Modernization and support the sales team across all administrative tasks, including supporting back-end Technical and sales processes, including sales support tasks.

  • 12 months fixed term role
  • Based in Brisbane (Lang Parade)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales Team across all sales activities and developing a sound functional knowledge of Otis systems required to estimate, manage, and monitor New Equipment and Modernization projects.
  • Use the in-house CRM system daily and perform back-office tasks to assist the Sales Consultants.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of Otis product range, the building and construction industry and relevant Codes applicable to the Supply, Installation and Modernization of lifts and escalators.
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Sales teams.
  • Generate reports and compile data to support planning, analysis, and decision-making with an understanding of sales processes and reporting tools.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of systems used by Builders to correspond with contractors and use these systems regularly.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Have a Construction / Project Management / Engineering/ Business degree with 1-2 years of work experience within the Technical Admin and Customer Service/Sales specialization.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates who possess excellent Customer Service and Sales skills. Those with experience within the Construction and or Engineering industry will be preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams
  • Service-focused with a desire to exceed clients' expectations
  • Strong digital literacy with advanced computer proficiency and familiarity with office systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and results driven.
