Provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to Operating Territory (OT, Hungary) sales reps with direct line management, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Drive the growth of Service and New Equipment business ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded
Engage with customers and decision makers to promote Otis's solutions for residential, commercial and government investments
Deliver accurate sales forecasts for our Service and New Equipment business lines and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through close collaboration with local sales teams and data-driven decision-making.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and report on progress toward targets, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Support OT sales reps in high-impact customer engagements, helping to position value-added solutions and close strategic deals.
Identify and share best practices with local sales team, contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Supporting the execution of Operating Area sales strategic initiatives within the OT sales teams.
Ensure flawless execution of sales incentive programs.
Participate in OT/OA business / operating reviews.
Experience and qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B service sales, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or technical service sectors.
University degree in Electric/Mechanical/Architect engineering
Fluency in English
Driving license "B" type
Proven track record of driving sales growth in a matrixed or multi-regional environment.
Experience working with or supporting sales teams, including coaching or influencing
Familiarity with Matrix organization structure and experience executing strategic initiatives across multiple territories or business units.
Strong understanding of maintenance service offerings, contract structures, and value-based selling approaches.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, marketing, operations, finance, and Centers of Excellence.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools
Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen and a passion for customer service.
Experience navigating complex customer environments and supporting high-value negotiations.
International or multi-country experience is advantageous, especially in aligning with global or regional strategies.
