Sales Specialist

Otis, a leader in the national and global elevator sector, is hiring a Sales Specialist in Murcia:

Responsibilities:

• Management of projects focused on the rehabilitation, accessibility, and/or replacement of elevators in old facilities.
• Analysis of projects (interpretation of blueprints, inspection of facilities, technical documentation, etc.) and preparation of budgets adapted to each one.
• Follow-up and compliance with all phases of the project: from the first inspection to commissioning.
• Coordination with the technical team (technicians or supervisors) to align objectives and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration with civil engineering subcontractors and auxiliary guilds to achieve the realization and execution of projects with quality.
• Participation in the periodic meetings of its delegation, as well as in all extraordinary meetings in which its presence is required.

Requirements:

Education: Degree or Higher Education Diploma (preferably in architecture, civil engineering, public works engineering). Higher Technical Education (building).

Experience: At least 3 years in related positions.

Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365.

Languages: English is valuable.

Others:

• Mandatory valid driver's license B.
