We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our New Equipment business.

About You

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth for our New Equipment business by developing, maintaining, and managing customer relationships and comprehensive account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of New Equipment elevator units and manage good working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as primary contact for customers' inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Develop sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability
• Utilize Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
• Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment
• Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business or relevant Engineering disciplines
• Min. 4 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Engineering industry
• Has previous experience working on and managing tenders, quotations, and proposals.
• Strong customer and relationships management abilities
• Service-oriented and has good interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver up to the expectations of customers
• Target focused, able to work in a fast, dynamic, and multicultural environment
• Good command of English (TOEIC 400 and above)
