Otis Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated candidates interested in starting a career in sales!
The comprehensive training program provides development opportunities that consist of classroom instruction as well as hands-on field learning. Sales Trainees will shadow Sales Reps/Account Managers, Field Supervisors, and Technicians to obtain business and industry knowledge as well as product training.
Following success in the 3 month training program, Sales Trainees will be assigned a sales role with a portfolio of accounts in a defined geographic territory which may require relocation.
Candidates should be geographically mobile and location flexible to help ensure a fit can be made between individual preference and business necessity/requirements.
This is a salaried position and offers additional incentive compensation following success in the trainee program, along with excellent benefits!
Bachelor's Degree required or currently pursuing degree which must be awarded prior to start date in July 2026
Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
