Distribution Partner Sales Manager Suitx (D/F/M)

You will support the global sales team in the young and growing business unit Suitx by Ottobock.

Since 2018, Suitx by Ottobock has been developing innovative exoskeletons (e.g., IX Ottobock Shoulder and IX Back Air) and other technical solutions that help users perform demanding work in a healthier and sustainable way.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage selected distribution partners responsible for global sales of our products and services – from social selling and offer preparation to order coordination.
  • Communicate via video call, email, phone, and in-person with partners in Germany and selected European countries.
  • Plan and implement product- or customer-segment-specific sales campaigns with partners, and track performance.
  • Conduct online product presentations and trainings.
  • Collaborate closely with the global field sales team and sales partners to develop markets, while supporting existing partners worldwide.
  • Provide first-level support for distribution partners and the online distributor shop.
  • Work with Order Fulfillment and After Sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in a comparable, sales-oriented role in a modern sales environment.
  • Confident in online media (e.g., MS Teams) and in-person communication to explain, promote, and sell products.
  • Strong sales and organizational skills with customer and service orientation.
  • Solid technical understanding and interest in manufacturing, logistics, and skilled trades.
  • Experience with standard CRM systems.
  • Fluent in German and English; good French or Spanish skills.
  • Responsible, flexible, and committed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ideally, completed commercial or technical training and/or a Bachelor's or Master's degree or comparable qualification.
