Sales Consultant – Corporate

The Sales Consultant – Corporate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with corporate clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the communication and connectivity needs of corporate customers.

Financial:

  • Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets for corporate accounts.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding quotations and proposals to secure financial commitments from clients.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to support financial planning and budgeting.
  • Identify high-potential customers and clients.

Customer:

  • Manage top corporate accounts, ensuring accurate billing and service alignment with client needs.
  • Deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for service upgrades or additional products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally to build long-term trust.

Process:

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations in handling corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, provisioning, billing, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery and installation for clients.
  • Adhere to the company's sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

People:

  • Engage in team-building initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Follow through on service requests and ensure seamless end-to-end service provision.
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a supportive and productive team culture.
  • Assist in mentoring junior sales staff when required, promoting knowledge sharing and development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within telecom, ICT, or similar service industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, generate leads, prepare tailored proposals, close complex deals, and achieve or exceed corporate sales targets.
  • Strong ability to understand corporate clients' business needs and provide value-added solutions; proactive in providing high-quality service and timely follow-up.
