Account Executive
OUTFRONT Media is seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Account Executive (AE) to drive new business growth across our IRL (In-Real-Life) advertising portfolio. This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing new advertisers who will benefit from our innovative blend of static and digital out-of-home, In Real Life solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Hunter mentality - proactively prospect and qualify new leads using research, data tools, and local market insights
- Develop compelling, strategic sales presentations that highlight the unique value of OUTFRONT's media assets
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries, especially SMBs and regional brands
- Effectively navigate the full sales cycle - from outreach and proposal to contract and onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, data) to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Consistently meet/exceed revenue goals and pipeline KPIs
- Educate the market on OUTFRONT's digital capabilities: audience targeting, attribution, programmatic
- Collaborate with internal creative department and clients to assist in development of effective advertising campaigns
- Partner with Charting, Creative, Operations and Administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements in agreed campaigns
- Maintain consistent and detailed use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities
- Develop and maintain selling skills by attending regular training and professional development
Your experience includes:
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas
- Digital media experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the overall digital advertising landscape
- Proficiency in speaking to programmatic advertising
- Strong experience managing customer relationships
- High level of organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to create and deliver presentations
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Experience with selling digital and/or programmatic is a plus
Your qualifications include:
- College degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years' experience in digital and/or media sales
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to deliver results
