As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent, and timely execution of sales compensation plans and processes. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate execution of the plans and identify opportunities for efficiencies. You will also contribute to Xactly implementation and reporting configuration, provide coverage for other areas in Sales Compensation, and manage special projects. A strong understanding of compensation plan mechanics is essential to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate has a work ethic that prioritizes accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.
Location: Remote within the U.S. or hybrid at Outreach's Seattle or Atlanta offices
$80,000 - $110,000 a year
The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range.
