Outreach is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Sales Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team. This person will own the Sales Operations function for our global accounts. The global accounts team is responsible for managing Outreach's top global accounts and the Sr. Sales Operations Manager will be a key partner to the Global segment leader and partner with leaders across the Sales, CX, and Marketing org. You will be a "trusted advisor" and business partner, focused on business operational activities, strategic planning, and sales optimization. This is a high-impact and visibility role. In addition to supporting Global segment, the role will also support sales operations activities that drive cross functional alignment and EMEA sales org. You will be a strategic thinker who ruthlessly prioritizes, makes recommendations to achieve goals, and analyzes data to influence sales strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, finds excitement in creative and scalable problem solving, and has a bias for action and outcomes.
The ideal candidate has strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive change. This candidate will demonstrate quick learning and an impressive history of driving results. This role will be expected to drive repeatability, predictability and scalability across the business while partnering with cross-functional teams to establish and execute GTM strategy, territory design and sales process. Most importantly, the candidate will drive, through strong relationships and excellent communication, alignment across x-functional stakeholders and keep projects on track. This is an individual contributor role and the role reports to Sales Operations Leader.

The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
