Job Duties

Driving sales of Outrigger's high-end VIP membership, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Membership Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our business and will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Develop and maintain a strong customer base through exceptional customer service and relationship building.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets. Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create lasting relationships with clients. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation& Benefits:

$61,000-$68,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and/or education.
