Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Based in the Philippines, this role will focus on driving sales growth, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the Australian sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and a deep understanding of the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to drive sales and generate new business opportunities.
2. Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and offer solutions that align with OX Group's offerings.
3. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Process sales orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
5. Collaborate closely with the Australian sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Stay up to date with OX Group's product range, market trends, and competitor activity.
8. Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and outbound sales initiatives.
9. Support marketing campaigns and promotions by engaging with customers and driving awareness

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales or telesales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Prior experience selling into the Australian market is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the construction, trade, or tools industry is a plus.

Candidate must be located in the Philippines AU Office hours (Mondays to Fridays)
