✨ About The Role

- The (Senior) Account Executive will actively acquire new high-potential clients from top industries and manage projects from initial demo to successful closure. - They will work closely with the SDR team to obtain the best leads and ensure excellent client care in the DACH region. - The role involves developing creative strategies for customer acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. - The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the specific needs of potential customers and creating tailored plans to drive projects to completion. - They will represent Packmatic externally and engage confidently with buyers and executives of client companies.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate is a team player who is ambitious, organized, and has a strong sense for deals and people. - They should have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly as an Account Executive or in Account Management. - A proactive approach to seeking out new customers and convincing them of the platform's value is essential. - Strong communication skills in both German and English are necessary to engage effectively with clients at various levels. - The candidate should possess a high level of self-ownership and a clear obsession with targets and growth.
