Founding Account Executive At Pactos

Pactos is a venture-backed B2B SaaS start-up based in Munich. We're revolutionizing the external workforce management with an AI-powered operating system. Used by leading corporations like DHL and the Bundesanzeiger, our software enables efficient, automated, and legally compliant management of external workforces.

As our Founding Account Executive, you will lead the development of our sales operations, acquire the first significant clients, and establish scalable sales processes. You will be one of the first members of the sales team and will eventually take over its leadership. If you have a positive attitude, are driven for success, work in a structured manner, and communicate eloquently, you will be a perfect fit for us.

Tasks

  • Build Sales Engine: Establish and scale sales processes (playbooks, CRM, tools) from scratch and fill the pipeline.
  • Close Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to contract completion.
  • Nurture Relationships: Build strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Operations) and become their trusted contact.
  • Shape GTM: Together with founders and the GTM lead, develop our positioning, pricing, and ICPs.
  • Shape Sales Strategy: Analyze successes, identify opportunities, and optimize your processes and tactics independently.

Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, e.g., as SDR, BDR, AE – ideally in a fast-growing scale-up for SaaS/HR-Tech/Vendor Management/Marketplaces
  • You are extremely positive, bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm, and can inspire others.
  • You are eloquent, can confidently approach decision-makers and argue persuasively.
  • You are hungry, success-oriented, and love the challenge of a startup.
  • You work in a structured, independent manner, are data-driven, and know the importance of an excellently maintained CRM.
  • You speak fluent German and very good English.
