✨ About The Role
- The Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives converting traditional property owners and real estate investors into PadSplit hosts
- Responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear objectives and strategies to achieve sales targets, and holding the team accountable for outcomes
- Develop training programs and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively pitch the platform and close deals
- Track sales metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and continuously seek ways to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales function
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced sales leader with a track record of successfully managing high-performance sales teams, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on host acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the company to clients, stakeholders, and team members in a remote environment
- Strong analytical abilities to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes
