Responsibilities include proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention, meeting team and individual sales quotas, increasing customer traffic through local store marketing, maintaining up-to-date client billing records, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing business, and daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, one or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends, friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals, polished professional appearance, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail and organization, and ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day.
