Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
- Promote and sell the bank's loan products to individuals and businesses
- Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications
- Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment

Salary: 70,000 - 100,000
