  • Ensure ownership, timelines, and follow-ups have a clear communication plan, a strong narrative, are clearly documented and visible

Reporting and business insight

  • Build and maintain structured reporting, dashboards, and trackers for Sales Acceleration initiatives
  • Consolidate updates from across areas and initiatives into clear, executive-ready reports for the VP and leadership team
  • Turn data and inputs into structured insights, highlighting themes, risks, dependencies, and trends
  • Perform analysis requiring an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, often involving navigating high levels of ambiguity
  • Manage regular reporting cadences aligned to weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythms

Communication and stakeholder support/partnership

  • Support the VP of EMEA Sales Acceleration with internal communications, leadership updates, and briefing materials
  • Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and updates for EMEA and Global stakeholders
  • Coordinate information flow between EMEA Sales Acceleration and other business functional areas in the GTM team and across the company.

  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders or central leadership functions across the EMEA region
  • Understanding of enterprise go-to-market and sales operating models
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional and multi-region environments
