Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise Team
This position involves proposing and selling our security platform to large companies (both manufacturing and non-manufacturing) with annual sales of over ¥100 billion in Japan. This position is primarily focused on white space, and you will primarily collaborate with partners to develop new business.
Major Duties:
- Responsible for approximately 100 large companies, formulating territory and account plans.
Partner enablement activities (approximately 70% of total work).
- Collaborating with key partners (NTT Communications, KDDI, SoftBank, IIJ, Fujitsu Group, NEC Group, NTT Group, NetOne Systems, CTC, etc.).
- Collaborating with our partner sales team to create and provide proposal materials and content, and conducting training for partner sales.
- Building systems and support to make it easier for partners to propose to customers
End-user proposals and closings via partners (approximately 30%).
- Working with the marketing and inside sales departments to generate leads.
- CRM management of sales negotiation progress and weekly forecast reporting.
- Organizing team study sessions and information sharing.
MUST Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in high-touch sales and partner sales
- 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to propose and present to executives
- Experience developing territory and account plans
- Proven track record of achieving quarterly targets
- IT literacy and the ability to independently acquire product and industry knowledge
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Experience working for a foreign-affiliated company
- Experience selling security, network, and cloud products
- English proficiency (advantageous for keeping up with the latest global information)
