Your missions?

Organization and presentations: You will manage administrative tasks, create impactful presentations, and coordinate commercial activities with style.

Dive into the action: From event planning to client meetings, you will be at the heart of all activities, ready to impress our clients and make our establishment shine.

Explore new horizons: Discover new opportunities in our vibrant neighborhood, from enthusiastic calls to networking events.

Participate in negotiations: Assist in strategic meetings with our clients, helping to conclude annual contracts with confidence.

Your ideal profile?

• Student in hotel management or business, you have an internship agreement of five or six months starting from July 2026
• You juggle between English and French to address our international clientele with ease. If you speak Dutch or any other language, it’s a plus!
• Communicative and customer service oriented, you love helping people and you can keep your calm even in the most hectic situations.
• You are full of energy and you can work in a team while keeping a smile.
• Challenges do not scare you, on the contrary, they stimulate you!
