Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Senior Sales Analyst. The primary role of the Senior Sales Analyst is to have strong technical skills in data analysis combined with a deep business understanding to support strategic decision-making. This role requires experience in SQL, data visualization (especially with Google Looker), and translating data into actionable insights for non-technical users, including company executives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Generate complex queries in our Data Warehouse using advanced SQL skills, extracting key insights on sales performance and subscriptions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Google Looker to monitor sales performance, subscription trends, churn rates, and customer behavior.
• Generate both high-level and detailed presentations to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand analytical needs, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven support.
• Effectively communicate with non-technical users, including executives, translating complex data into clear business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Utilize JIRA to track and manage tasks related to sales analysis and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Proven experience in SQL for data extraction and analysis in Data Warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience in generating reports and data visualizations using Google Looker.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar task management tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and present analytical insights clearly and strategically.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience in creating executive presentations and reports.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Python for advanced analysis and data modeling.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and predictive analytics for sales forecasting.
• Experience in conveying insights and delivering presentations to non-technical users, with a business-focused approach.
• Experience analyzing financial systems and sales operations.
• Prior knowledge of subscription-based systems and online business models.
• Desire to improve business performance through discovery analysis.
• Ability to spot outliers, anomalies, and trends by analyzing various datasets.

Nice To Haves:

• Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
• Intermediate level of Spanish.
