Internship Overview
As a Poultry Feed Sales Intern at New-Life Mills, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the poultry nutrition industry. This internship offers an opportunity to learn about customer relationship management, sales strategies, and product promotion specific to poultry feed products.
Location: Southwestern & Eastern Ontario
Term: May 4, 2026 – August 28, 2026
Compensation: This internship is a paid position.
Your Day to Day
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers in the poultry farming sector.
- Learn to conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Support the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for poultry producers.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.

What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Marketing or a related field.
- Interest in poultry nutrition, agriculture, and sales.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Full-time availability for a 4-month term, May – Aug 2025.
